Associate Attorney

Renu Tandale is an Associate Attorney in Monty & Ramirez LLP’s labor and employment practice area. Renu advises and advocates on behalf of employers on various issues including Family Medical Leave Act,immigration compliance, wage and hour laws, Texas Workforce Commission matters, and workplace policies.

Renu graduated from University of Houston with a Bachelor of Sciencein Sociology and earned her law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston. While in law school, Renu served as a representative for the Student Bar Association and the American Bar Association. During law school, Renu worked as the lead student representative for LexisNexis where she taught students to conduct legal research efficiently while also working as a law clerk for a personal injury firm. Prior to joining Monty & Ramirez, Renu represented plaintiffs and defendants on a wide range of commercial litigation issues, with a primary focus on employment-related disputes
