Sergio A. Castillo joined Monty & Ramirez LLP in 2025, bringing a strategic, deal-focused legal skill set to the firm’s Houston office. He is admitted to practice in Texas and eligible to appear in any jurisdiction recognizing the Uniform Bar Examination (UBE).

He earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston, where he also secured a Transactional Law Practice Certificate, providing deep experience in structuring sophisticated commercial and real estate transactions. Sergio holds a Master’s in Theological Studies from the Pontifical John Paul II Institute at the Catholic University of America (DC), and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of St. Thomas in Houston.

As an attorney, Sergio has negotiated and supported multiple multi-million-dollar real estate and commercial transactions, demonstrating his adeptness in deal execution, and contract negotiation. These accomplishments reflect the firm’s own results-driven and cost-effective approach to advocacy.

He is also a Senior Fellow of the Gulf Coast Chapter of the American Leadership Forum, underscoring his dedication to leadership and civic engagement.
